Shanghai proves to be a surprisingly bike friendly city, especially at night when traffic is low. I felt safe and it was a great and fun way of seeing the city at night. My guide, May, was like an Energizer Bunny. She was extremely friendly and gave very good tips on great places where the locals eat. She also took very good photos for us. I also appreciate that she texted me a day prior to the tour to make sure that everything was fine. One of the highlights was definitely the night lights of the skyscrapers from the bund. She took us to a place where we had a great vantage point without the crowd. The tour also helps to give you an idea of night spots you may like to visit again the next days while you're still in Shanghai. Highly recommended and it was a super fun light workout as well.

If I could I'd give 6/5 stars! Our guide May was very cool and made this bike ride an amazing experience. She showed us all the great, hidden, special gems of the city and we talked so much about life and stuff. We highly recommend this tour as this is the perfect way to learn everything about this fascinating city. Give this girl a good tip as she will make you fall in love with the city! Great way to see Shaghai. Getting around on the bike is surprisingly easy and should suit a lot of different people. The guide was very good in interesting and to-the-point descriptions of japanese-, british-, and french concessions that we passed. The info of the tour indicates that you can get off your bike into the jazz club or to shop - but no chance to do that, you actually don’t leave the bike anywhere. Not a problem though, the tour is great fun and they should remove that piece from the tour info.
