Cycling shanghai is definitely an interesting experience, however traffic could be hard/ feel dangerous, if you're not a good rider. The meeting point was a bit hard to find, go early. We managed to visit everything on the agenda and be back on time. To note the tai chi was not a private class but to join a group of locals impromptu, (it was Ok but I thought we were going to have a proper class in English for us given the cost of the tour). I wish our guide would have been closer to us when riding to discuss more about what we saw, passed by or even take a photo stop when we passed the bund / nanjing Road area as they will have been great background too for pics. Regarding the traditional medicines, I understand could be hard to remember all those terms in English so recommend a printed handout to help explain, which could be a nice souvenir too!

It is a excellent way to discover Shanghai and my guide May was charming and spoke good English. I loved the park! The main problem was the bike. Heavy and high. You also have to get used to the Shanghai driving especially the cycles
