Our Cesarina in Cefalu had to cancel at the last minute, but we arranged a new class for the same day with a different one. Rotella was amazing. We spent the day with her and her lovely family - cooking, laughing and sharing stories. It was such a cool experience.

Anna was a wonderful host, who made us feel at home. We made several dishes, in a very relaxed manner, with the freshest of ingredients. Anna’s conversation was also enjoyable. We learnt several new recipes. Delicious! Highly recommended.

My family and I had such an amazing time meeting new people, and most important of all making pasta noodles and pizza from scratch. An all-around great experience that I would recommend everyone to experience.

We enjoyed our class very much. We ranged in ages from 17-56 and our chef encouraged everyone to participate. She was amazing and we loved it!

Anna was perfect to introduce the simple but delicious home cooking from Sicily. We really enjoyed our evening
