Great guide who was clearly very experienced and loved what he was doing. Excellent value for money - note - not suitable for small children (we had a couple in our group and they kept falling behind) or those with mobility issues - it's quite a challenging/demanding climb!

I'm so glad that this was the company I chose to book with! Everyone at Ashara I interacted with was extremely kind and willing to go the extra mile to figure out any special cases. The tour guide was super knowledgeable and his English was perfect.

A great experience from start to finish. Communication throughout was first class briefing us on likely changes due to volcanic activity. Questions were quickly answered. On the day the staff were friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable

A well organised trek. Easy to find Edo at the Rifugio. They make sure you are wearing appropriate shoes and clothing before leaving. Provided more appropriate gear at no extra cost

Great and worthwhile tour to experience and see Mount Etna in a day.
