Full description
Day One:  Get picked up from your accommodation at 8:00 am by your driver and tour guide and travel directly to Beng Mealea, a sprawling jungle temple that covers over one square kilometer. Enjoy the adventurous and mysterious feeling of exploring a temple complex largely overrun by vegetation and off the beaten tourist path. Discuss your lunch preferences with your guide before stopping at a local restaurant. Afterwards, head to the floating village Kampong Phluk on Tonle Sap Lake, the largest lake in Southeast Asia. Enjoy a guided boat trip through the floating village. Then get dropped off back at your accommodation. Day Two:  Get picked up again at 8:00 am and purchase a 3-day temple pass before heading to the ancient city of Angkor Thom. Visit some small temples, including Chau Say Tevoda, Thommanon, and Ta Keo. Then head to the jungle temple Ta Prohm where the movie Tomb Raider was shot. Refuel afterwards with lunch at a local restaurant. Then make your way to the Buddhist temple of Banteay Kdei. Gain insight into the history of the powerful Khmer Empire before heading to Phnom Bakheng to see a gorgeous sunset. Day Three:  Get an early start at 5:00 am on the final day of the tour. Get picked up and see the sunrise at Angkor Wat. Following this, you can choose to visit more temples including Pre Rup and Banteay Samre. Then head to Banteay Srey, arriving before most of the crowds. Marvel at the most intricately carved temple in all of Angkor. Afterwards, see a traditional Khmer village and learn about palm sugar production. If you are interested, visit the Landmine Museum and learn how decades of conflict, foreign occupation, and brutal civil war and genocide have impacted Cambodia.  Afterwards, stop for lunch at a local restaurant. On the way back, stop at a few more temples such as East Mebon, Ta Som, Neak Pean, and Preah Khan, a fascinating vast monastic complex. The return trip will take you through many beautiful villages and provide you with great photo opportunities. Get dropped off back at your accommodation at the end of your day.

This guided trip with Chris and Mr Sitha was fantastic! Chris offered us wet napkins and cold water at each stop. We enjoyed the conversations we had with him. Mr Sitha is a very knowledgeable guide. The trip was well thought out. We saw 20 temples around Angkor area in three days. At each temple the guide spoke about the history, spiritual meaning, and interesting stories about the place, pointed out details, we otherwise would have missed, and showed best spots for photos. Chris and Mr Sitha also knew the best lunch places in each neighborhood. Both, Chris and mr Sitha, made sure we are comfortable and happy at all times. Kind and genuinely nice people. Thank you!

Profession service from both the tour guide and driver. Sa, the tour guide is very patient and gives a lot of information about the temples we visited. Kriss, the driver, is a good driver and cheerful person. Both speaks good English. As a whole, I find the experience very enjoyable. The pace of the tour is good. In 3 days I was able to visit many temples, including the smaller ones which are not usually in the 1 day tour itineraries. The personal guide means I am able to ask as many questions as I wanted. The tour also included a visit to Kampong Phluk Floating Village. It was a wonderful experience taking the boat ride and having a chance to walk around in the village during the dry season.

Our Driver Mr. Ya and Guide Mr Sen had it perfectly mastered to make as feel special. They were always patiently waiting, opening and closing the car doors, as well as giving us a cold water bottle when ever needed. Since we only had 3 full days in Siem Reap we decidede to get the tour to save time on searching every temple and reading the Information regarding its historie, lucky us, because there are no real Information bords anywhere to be found. We strongly reccomend getting a Guide if you want to know anything about the history, culture, language, religion, daily live or if you simply want to see as much as possible in a short time period. Sen really went out of his way to teach us in a fun and informative manner , he always had an open ear for questions or detours (if anything catched our eye) and he knew the best sites for rememberable pictures. The both of us can strongly reccomend the save driver Mr. Ya and Informative Guide Mr. Sen.
