It was such an informative and fun experience to go to the local markets and learn about all the different vegetables/meats that are local to Cambodia vs. imported and how they are used. The instructors were very friendly and professional and always checked to see if we were happy with what we cooked and by god was it fragrant and delicious. I know a lot of people do food tours but being able to cook some local dishes is invaluable knowledge you can then take back home with you and re-experience such a memorable trip. 100% recommend!

We had such a great morning with Sophia! As the only two booked on we were super lucky and had a special class just for us. We were picked up from our hotel and met her at the market. She was warm and helpful and took us through the stalls, then we travelled to their new lakeside location and spent the next few hours being taught how to cook by the team. They were so helpful and took us through at our own speed, and we loved every minute of it. If you’re hesitating to book - don’t! It’s worth every penny.

A must do for anybody visiting Siempre Reap. The class was not only informative but it was a great change from the mostly touristed areas. We were able to visit a local market and enjoy a variety of local fruits. Truly a can’t miss experience. You won’t be disappointed if you take part in one of their classes. I have dietary restrictions and they were able to accommodate. They were extremely communicative in helping to make sure my meal was safe.

A wonderful opportunity to learn more about the culture of Cambodia. Guides not only show how to cook Khmer dishes, but also talk about the traditions of their country. Everything was organized at a high level. Everything was on time and without a hitch. The guides are wonderful, very nice and attentive. Time flew by very quickly. Thank you for such an interesting experience. I liked it all very much.

Was an amazing local experience the flavor, the people, the tuktuk and the tour around the local market was unique. When they said that you are gonna cook with local it’s 100% true. I really really recommended this experience
