The purchase is easy, the collection point should be better indicated, perhaps with the getyourguide logo clearly visible. Because the Cathedral is huge and full of people and the crypt where they retire is not well signposted. Everything else is smooth. Excellent organization.

Really beautiful! You have to see, one of the best monuments in Italien. But it was tricky to exchange the tickets. Maybe a better description would help.
