What people are saying about Silvestri Craters

A wonderful experience, our guide Aldo was really nice and very prepared, he made everything very interesting and engaging, even for my 10 year old daughter who followed everything carefully. We saw a lava cave, we were pampered with a rich tasting of delicacies and wines, and it was spectacular to climb Mount Etna at dusk and see the sylvan craters. With my little girl we didn't go further, but the others did. All well organized, convenient for those like us who did not have their own vehicle because the transfer was managed by them. With us (me, my husband and my daughter) there was an Australian couple and Aldo had to guide us in two languages. We were fully satisfied, highly recommended!

Alex was a great, very knowledgeable guide who told us all about the volcano and surrounding areas in a very detailed way. Beautiful day exploring Etna and a nice rewarding wine tasting at the end. Would highly recommend this tour. Definitely wasn’t as treacherous as I thought it might be. Easily doable for most people, make sure to dress appropriately whether it’s for heat or cold, and bring waters!

We had a wonderful time on this tour! Our guide Danilo was absolutely fantastic and made the experience lots of fun he kept entertaining us and was very very helpful and friendly, kept us informed with a lot of information about Etna and Sicily in general. We really enjoyed the stop to taste some food and wine and the sunset view was wonderful. I would highly recommend this experience to everyone.

Fabulous tour. I couldn't say a bad word about it. Our guide Salvo was grand - full of knowledge, funny and passionate. The wine tasting and food sampling was great and the view from Etna as the sun sets is just incredible. Thoroughly recommend this experience to anyone.

Interesting tour with a very competent and extremely service-oriented guide.
