The museum is beautiful amazing design & curating.the listening device is terrible. Uncomfortable why not using headphones?? Also there was no placeto leave our personal stuff it was very unpleasant to go through all the rooms some are very nerrow with alot of peoplenext to you with the backpack and chunky coat.

The location with the guide was somewhat complicated. It would be much simpler to indicate that the meeting is in front of the hotel sacher. We had just landed and without knowing anything about the city it was difficult for us to find the meeting point
