Enjoy a fun pizza making session in one of the best locations on Sorrento hills. You will be picked up from your hotel or pre-arranged meeting place to be transferred to the restaurant. There you will experience a truly friendly welcome by the 'Pizzaiolo' and staff then settle into the pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant. Dress in an apron and chef’s hat to begin your lesson of how to craft an Italian style pizza under the supervision of a professional 'Pizzaiolo'. You will enjoy the experience of making your own pizza and be involved in the acrobatics of the chef as they demonstrate the process and introduce the ingredients. You will have the opportunity to try a few varieties of authentic Italian pizza throughout your lesson. Finish the lesson by tasting your handmade pizza in the restaurant with a drink or take away to enjoy later. 

Your experience will begin as you arrive at the tour location, at which point you will be welcomed with an olive-oil tasting of the house. From there, you'll don your apron and start kneading your pizza dough, discovering all the ingredients and secrets to prepare a traditional Neapolitan pizza. Once the dough is prepared, you will move on to the second step to have fun tossing your pizza in an authentic manner. You will have a choice of ingredients to coat your pizza with, and once it is ready you will cook it in the pizza oven. Following the lesson you will eat pizza accompanied by a good local wine, which will be followed by tiramisu. Your lesson will eventually conclude with a tasting of authentic Limoncello.

During this private lesson, you will learn how to prepare 2 pasta recipes and the tiramisu dessert from scratch. Your Cesarina will reveal the tricks of the trade of these iconic recipes. Next, travel uphill to the romantic village of Ravello, where you will get an hour to explore the beautiful gardens of the Villa Ruffolo, where Wagner found inspiration for the stage designs of his opera Parsifal. Return to Sorrento and get dropped off at your hotel at the end of an amazing day.

A boat tour around Capri is the perfect way to discover the island at a relaxed pace. The tour will begin with pickup by shuttle from your hotel and depart for the port of Massa Lubrense. From there, you will sail towards Capri. There will be a stop at Marciano Waterfall to take some photos and take a refreshing swim if you wish. Continue towards Cala di Mitigliano and Punta Campanella, the extremity of the Sorrento Peninsula. Arriving at Capri, you will see the Salto di Tiberio, a spectacular precipice overlooking the sea, Villa Jovis, the 'Grotta del Corallo,' and the 'Grotta Bianca.'  The tour will continue sailing towards the Faraglioni Rocks, the incredible Natural Arch of Capri, and Villa Malaparte. The first part of the tour will end with a stop for a swim at Marina Piccola with a stunning view of the Faraglioni, before a landing on the island for a stop of about 4 hours. On board, you will be provided with a vegetarian sandwich and beverages. The return journey is approximately 40 minutes and a free shuttle to the hotel will be waiting for you at the port.
