Terrible experience. All the way through the booking procedure it stated that we would be picked up from the hotel, asked the name of the hotel and were told we would be picked up at 8am. Confirmation email stated that pick up would be at meet up point OR hotel pick up. After the booking procedure I assumed that it would be the hotel pick up as that was what was stated all the way through the booking procedure. That was not correct, we were to be picked up at a random hotel. This was in no way clear through the booking process. We had to pay €20 for a taxi to meet the bus.
