Full description

In the morning you will either be picked up from your hotel in the Sorrento area, or will make your own way to the Marina Lobra port in Massa Lubrense. Board your comfortable boat that accommodates up to 12 people and start cruising along the Sorrento coastline.

Admire views of the Marciano Waterfall, before heading out to sea and towards the Island of Capri. If you select the early morning option including the Blue Grotto, you will arrive there right as it opens, avoiding the long queues.

Board a small rowboat to marvel at the intense blue color of this unique sea cave, formed over thousands of years by erosion. Next, circumnavigate Capri to admire the dramatic coastal scenery of the island.

See the White Grotto, the Green Grotto, the Faraglioni rocks, a natural arch, and the lighthouse of Punta Carena. Your guide will explain the wonders of Capri and its surroundings as you go.

The boat will make stops at 2 different coves to go snorkeling and admire the rich marine life of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Enjoy a light lunch consisting of a Caprese sandwich or salad and your choice of drinks.

The boat will then drop you off on Capri, where you will have 4 hours to discover this beautiful island at your own pace. You could do some shopping and have a drink in the charming town, or take the chairlift to the top of Mount Solaro and hike back down. Meet back at the boat and start the return journey back to the port. En route, enjoy a tasting of Limoncello, the traditional Neapolitan liqueur. Your trip will end either at the port in Massa Lubrense, or with a drop-off at your hotel, depending on the option selected.

I absolutely recommend this trip, it is great value for money, well organised, the guide was friendly and knowledgeable and our captain was very skilled. Capri is absolutely beautiful and we saw all of the sights. The walk from the drop off point to the town is very strenuous but you can get the bus (masks are mandatory) or a taxi. Communication with the company in regards to the pick up point was easy & we were lucky as the other members of our group were lovely & fun. Thank you for an extremely memorable and amazing day.

Absolutely brilliant and well worth the money. You’ll depart from the port, go to two swim spots, get given your lunch and then have about 4 hours to explore the island before returning back and seeing the white and coral grottos on route. I’d recommend the bus straight to Ana Capri and doing the chair lift return. After this we got the bus to Capri and had a wander round and a drink before returning back to the Marina. We were a bit gutted the morning tour was fully booked so we couldn’t go to the blue grotto. On a side note you need a mask currently to get on the buses in Capri.

The boat tour of Capri was one of our family’s (2 adults, 3 teens) favorite days in Italy. The boat captain was friendly and competent. He guided us around the Bay of Naples and stopped at two swims spots. We opted for the Blue Grotto excursion, which is an additional fee paid directly to the rowboat operator. The grotto was magical but pricey (€14 pp for 5 minutes). We had 4 hours of free time in Capri. My daughter and I took the bus, which is an additional expense, up to the city center to window shop. Mostly high-end boutiques. We only stayed in the city for about 2 hours and the joined the boys back down at the beach where the boat dropped us off. We all swam in the beautiful turquoise water and took in the view until the boat picked us up. Lovely day.
