What people are saying about South Central Coast

My sister and I had an excellent time at the cooking school. First we visited the local market, then were given a ride in a basket boat (around 30 minutes). The basket boats were very fun and also a relaxing start to the class, and we got to see the "dancing boats" (and were offered the opportunity to take part). The cooking class itself was fantastic - we made 4 different dishes, all of them very tasty, and were given individual guidance in cooking to make sure we could recreate them at home. The chef (who was professionally trained) and her husband were extremely friendly. The cookery school was surrounded by a small lake amongst the palm fronds. The kitchen was spacious and exceedingly hygienic, the food we produced was both delicious and authentic. The price included transport, the ingredients, the basket boat and the cooking class, so was excellent value. Had a fabulous morning and would absolutely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed all parts of this tour. From visiting the local market, basket boat ride to the main event of cooking. Mr Tran and his staffs were all professional, spoke great English so communication was easy. Special thanks to the helper Hanh. She was full of energy and added to the overall enjoyment of the tour.

Amazing day with an amazing team Hang & Ang provided a true authentic insight into life at Vietnam through a trip to the market, a trip out at water, a cooking class and interactions that all make this a must!
