What people are saying about South Central Coast

Really enjoyed this lantern making class! The class took place in a cute little workshop decorated with lanterns, and we were able to pick out the colours we wanted to use. The guides were absolutely lovely, very upbeat, and played some fun pop music to set the mood. The guides were very knowledgeable and ran us through everything we needed to know, and spoke excellent English. As a group activity, it was excellent value, but we still got lots of one on one input and help from the activity leaders, who checked our work at every stage and made sure we were on track (meaning everyone produced a lantern of high quality too). The lanterns were foldable so will be easy to carry back with us in our luggage. Both of us had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this activity to anyone in Hoi An!

We had a really great time, me and my two other friends age 20 really enjoyed this activity. We had lots of fun making our lanterns, you get to choose your own colours and you learn a bit of history behind the lanterns with the Vietnamese culture. Staff were so lovely and helpful :)

It was a really fun activity, the hosts were very skilled and made the whole experience enjoyable and seem easy. We also got to take the lanterns home once made which was a bonus. I would definitely recommend for anyone who likes lanterns and wants to have a go making it themselves.

Just do it. It’s so worth it! The people were so nice and it was so fun making the lanterns

I had a really great time making a lantern in this class.
