The tour concentrates on the devastating Battle of Berlin, which occurred in April & May 1945. The battle was very much the dramatic conclusion to the Second World War in Europe, but it also played a huge part in the post-war situation of Berlin and the world. The tour takes us through central Berlin - known as 'Z Sector' during the battle. Here we will see many of the major battle sites and learn what the soldiers and civilians experienced during the battle.
