The tour was really nice, we both enjoyed it a lot! We would have liked a little more information from the guide about the surroundings, the animals and nature. Water during the hike would have been welcome, as we were both thirsty and had nothing in our small dry bag. The dry bag should definitely be listed in the description under "Please bring with you", as you swim through gorges to the waterfall. What we were very pleased about, however, was that lunch in a restaurant with local specialties was included in the price! The tour description states this differently, so this should be adjusted if necessary.

Just a heads up, you will be picked up at the beach by a dingy boat, then transported to the catamaran that’s anchored offshore. I didn’t mind but other visitors were not a fan of this idea. The catamaran is big with plenty of space. Open bar was available at all times. We sailed for about an hour and saw dolphins. We then anchored at a cove for about three hours where people began to snorkel, dive off the catamaran and swim. Dinner and snacks were provided. The sunset was beautiful.

This was an excellent excursion. Andy was a very informative and engaging guide. Pick up and drop off were seamless. There was a lot packed into the day. The waterfall and rainforest hike were beautiful, but the highlight for us was seeing the sloths in their natural habitat. Highly recommend!

Got to see Howler Monkeys, crabs, and many different birds (including ospreys and blue herons). Guides did a wonderful job pointing things out and shared a great deal of information about the trees, the tide, and the brackish water. Local, family owned business that we were happy to support!

Very fun. Instructor Jeremy was friendly and helped us learn how to surf. He also videotaped us with my go pro.
