The Best Day Ever (Tour description) Morning Tour: 8am-12pm Sunset Tour: 1pm- sunset Full Day Tour: 10am- sunset - We will begin with a brief orientation and a welcome cocktail aboard our 51-foot exclusive yacht - Set sail from Flamingo in search of The Best Day Ever. - As we travel along the beautiful coastline, we will cast a line and troll for fish in hopes of catching a mahi or tuna while our attentive staff will serve snacks and beverages for all ages. - When we arrive at one of 5 beautiful Guanacaste beaches: Honeymoon Beach, Zapotal, Brumel Island, Guacamaya Beach or Playa Conchal, guests will be served fresh local hors d’oeuvres and enjoy water sports including snorkeling, paddle boarding, swimming or floating on our giant party mat. - Guests can also go ashore and walk along the beach looking for seashells or simply relax on our beautiful catamaran sipping cocktails and listening to music. - As we depart the beach and travel back to Flamingo, the chef will serve a fresh local meal up on the expansive fly bridge while guests look for the abundant marine life of Costa Rica including whales, dolphins, manta ray and sea turtles. - All eyes will be toward the western skies on our afternoon and full day charters to view one of the most amazing sunsets. - We will return to Flamingo after you have experienced the Pura Vida Lifestyle!

Relax all afternoon on board a catamaran moored in the bay of Playa Tamarindo in Guanacaste. Enjoy an open bar and lunch onboard, sunning trampolines, and equipment to snorkel, kayak, or paddle board.Begin your trip with pickup from the beach. Relax as the skiff delivers you to the decks of the catamaran. Gently travel over the crystal blue waters of the Bay of Playa Tamarindo in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, where the engine will be used sparingly for a peaceful afternoon on the water.Lay back at the sunning and lounging trampolines of the boat, or take advantage of the equipment on board, including snorkeling gear, kayaks, and paddle boards. Hop into the ocean for a swim, or duck underwater to take in the wildlife below.Next, enjoy a typical local lunch, prepared by a French chef de cuisine, and served on board the catamaran. Rinse off in the freshwater showers on board, then sip on drinks from the open bar. Lay back and take in the warm sun on the sunning trampolines, suspended over the water.Finally, begin the slow journey back to port while you take in the sunset over the waters.

Immerse yourself in the natural landscape of the Guanacaste area on a hiking tour with a private guide from Tamarindo. Cross rivers, climb canyons, and tailor the tour to your interests. Enjoy La Leona waterfall by swimming in its pool and exploring the nearby caves and rock formations. Start with pickup from your hotel in the Guanacaste area before driving to the nature preserve. Hike a route to La Leona waterfall which takes you across rivers and canyons. On the way, pass by two smaller waterfalls hidden between the canyons, and make a stop to swim in the turquoise river. You will be picked up from your hotel at 6:00 PM and driven to Playa Minas or a nearby beach that is home to nesting turtles. Playa Minas constitutes one of Costa Rica's most important nesting sites. Between October and March, large numbers of turtles migrate to this region. It remains one of the last untouched beaches in the world, giving it a remote paradise feel. There will be a 700-meter hike in the dark with infrared flashlights provided by your tour guide. Once arriving at the beach, the guide will educate the group on how to respectfully navigate the area. You will see the black turtles, and if you are lucky, the rare leatherback turtles. The leatherback sea turtle is the largest sea turtle in the world, weighing over 1,200 pounds and averaging almost 8 feet in length.

This unique tree is endemic to the Guanacaste and Tilaran mountain ranges and its fruit which looks like giant pickles is loved by tapirs and bats. Take a dip in the warm, curative volcanic waters of Pilon Thermal Pool. These waters are widely known for their healing and nourishing properties for the skin and hair. If weather permits, your guide can take you to the canopy of the Rincon de la Vieja National Park, where on a clear day you can see the Lake of Nicaragua and the majestic Rincón de la Vieja Volcano. Finish your rainforest experience with lunch. Palo Verde National Park encompasses one of the most important wetlands of Central America. You’ll have the opportunity to explore its varied habitats on this half-day jungle river cruise. Throughout the year resident and migrant water birds sharing the mangroves and marshlands with white- tailed deer, coyote, white-nosed coatimundi, howlers, white-faced monkeys, iguanas, and crocodiles. Wildlife is plentiful here, from tiny hummingbirds feeding at heliconia flowers, to the huge and flamboyant Roseate Spoonbills. Enjoy the countryside as it changes from savannah to plantations and small villages as you make your way to the pontoon boat, which is one of the easiest and most rewarding ways to explore Palo Verde.
