We (family with 2 teens) really enjoyed this activity. Our guide (Rosario) was knowledgeble, friendly and inspiring. We learned a lot about vulcanos and Etna in particular in a friendly and relax way. We also enjoy the snack at the end. Walking is not too hard. It was exactly what we hoped for.

Alex was a great, very knowledgeable guide who told us all about the volcano and surrounding areas in a very detailed way. Beautiful day exploring Etna and a nice rewarding wine tasting at the end. Would highly recommend this tour. Definitely wasn’t as treacherous as I thought it might be. Easily doable for most people, make sure to dress appropriately whether it’s for heat or cold, and bring waters!

The combination of Etna's self-evident beauty and guidance by a passionate local scientist makes this truly special. The vibrant colors of Etna's fall foliage was unexpected and stunning, and the mild November temperatures a circumstance to be grateful for. Tony was an exceptional guide whose passion for and knowledge of geology and history were a blessing. lt's a gift to be guided by someone who comes from a long local lineage that have called Etna their home.
