This was the perfect activity to do with my 80 year old mom who gets around pretty slowly and can't walk too far without getting tired. She was visiting from the US and we wanted to show her around Tavira. Our guide was wonderful and did a great job showing us the sights and describing the rich history of the town. The tour also included a visit to the salt pans where we got to see workers skimming of the fleur de sel and learn about the ancient practice.

João was an excellent guide taking us to the historic locations of Tavira a well as the salinas. I strongly recommend.
