    In American museum of Natural history we spent half an hour at front desk, just because the tickets were sold out, even we had a reservation. They've been nice and tried to find a solution

    With the New York Explorer pass, we selected the 7 most important sights. Then I started planning the days. I got to know the subway and bus transportation in New York and planned where and how to go. Now I’m nearing the end and enjoying it more and more.     Other than a lot of Covid impacts to the individual attractions, this pass is a good value. It IS a bit confusing up front and some of the timed attractions did not allow you to book the times in advance. But overall, we had no issues... and the attractions were all familiar with the pass and accepted it without much issue. We were very satisfied with our choice of this as opposed to purchasing individual tickets.

    A lot of places are not open or have limited capacity so you need to make a reservation ahead of time. Disappointed that the hop on hop off busses were not available and the only pick up spot for the Big Bus was Times Square so we missed out using the bus to get around. Otherwise a good deal and you get to see a lot of NY!

I really enjoyed my time at the museum. The staff was very helpful and easy to spot. I will be going back on my next visit to New York. There is so much to see that one visit is not enough.
