Excellent well paced tour. Punctual pick up, comfortable journey. Excellent sites. Would definitely recommend. The guide was very clear and knowledgeable about the sites we visited and she spoke lots of languages fluently, she was very easy to understand. Also the lunch stop had good food!

Picked up from Galerius Arch by a long hair lady tour-guide from Keytours/Filos Tours at 8.35am. She apologized for the 10 mins late due to another UK couple having problems. We went on 13/5, Friday and there were only 6 of us in the minibus. After some 45 mins, we arrived at Pella Archaeological Museum, paid 8 euros. The visit was nice, however, Vergina (12 euros) was the highlight! In between, we had a one hour lunch break in Vergina and there were some 4 restaurants, reasonably priced! We had 6 days in Thessaloniki and did only one day tour but we felt this tour was really worth it for 7-8 hours of fun.

An extremely well organized trip to Pella and Vergina. Our guide was exceptionally well prepared to inform us about all aspects of life in the Hellenistic period and of ancient Macedonia in particular. Superb museums, and above all Philip the Second's grave. An absolutely memorable experience that will stay with us for many, many years.
