Bus could us a top as in other cities. No protection from the elements. Also tell the people to get off the bus, this is the third hop on hop off bus I used in various cities and I see people simply going for the ride and not seeing a thing. You can do that on the internet! Get off and get your monies worth.

Good value if you start early in the morning, it was my first day in Tokyo so with jet lag I hopped on quite late. Clear audio guide in English, they provided earphones. They should provide the timetable once you pay so that you may plan where to catch the bus, where to get off if you want to apend time at a certain venue, according to time

This is a great trip to get your bearings in Tokyo and would recommend doing it on your first day. The busses are very efficient and easy to use. The only issue is that unlike many major other cities, most of Tokyo’s major sites aren’t accessible/visible by road so you do need to get off the bus and walk for a few minutes if you want to see everything… that being said the info you recieve about each site is at a good level
