Pick up was on time with a friendly driver and guide. Wira, my guide, was excellent for communicating, checking in multiple times throughout the day. He went above and beyond what was expected. Tea/coffee and local snack from the starting pot before we began the climb. The climb was harder than I expected however the guides were very patient and made me feel at ease when I needed to stop and take breaks. We were lucky to have a beautiful day with the sky transitioning from a clear stary night to a red fiery dawn and a colourful sun rise. We had breakfast and explored the top of the volcano before we began the descent. The descent was a tricky as it is steep. Shoes with a good grip definitely helped. Next up the hot springs were beautiful with good facilities, a free welcome drink, and a towel and locker were provided. Quick stop at a coffee plantation on the route home with free sampling of different coffees and teas. Arrived home in time for lunch.

Scrambling up a mountain on an empty stomach in the dark sounds not like fun but it's worth the effort! The sunrise was impressive and after breakfast (2 boiled eggs, banana sandwiches, chocolate bar, banana) the world looked different. Our driver Eri was very punctual, courteous and communicative. We were able to communicate very well in English. Our guide Komang was a real sportsman who went up and down the mountain effortlessly. He was very attentive and friendly and made sure everyone got back safely. As a tip, we recommend a pill against travel sickness, because the last part of the car ride to the mountain is very curvy and the road goes up and down.

I had an amazing day with Edi! He drove me around to the most famous spots on the island. I got to go snorkeling, check out a beautiful waterfall, trekked through canyons and ate lunch in the rice fields! Can’t thank Edi enough for making it such a wonderful experience!

This was an amazing day! The hike was fairly challenging and the sunrise was extremely rewarding. Our guide WIRA was great and made sure we had a really good day. The trip to the springs was very relaxing

Amazing tour Definitely worth the effort! The guides are fenomenal Thank you so much for this experience Our taxi driver was also the best, super friendly and helpful Thank you so much
