Best way to see Florence! Our guide Carmen was amazing and so knowledgeable, she tailored our tour to accommodate to a slightly slower pace since my parents couldn’t walk too fast. She answered all the questions we had along the way and even provided tips for places to go see on our own during the rest of our visit in Florence. Her voice was very soothing and easy to listen and my family and I enjoyed spending the day with her exploring the city. Entrance to the museums was faster and the galleries were even more interesting and enjoyable thanks to our guide. Will definitely recommend!

Our tour guide, Oxana was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable on the exhibits and local history. I would definitely recommend this tour. We met in front of Accademia, and GetYourGuide sent two guides. While they worked out who would take which patrons, Oxana remained cheerful and checked in with us. Oxana gave us valuable insights into all of the exhibits right from the beginning when we entered a room with busts that we all assumed were marble and Oxana explained they were plaster. The museums and the city walk were all amazing!

Personalized and excellent treatment, they also helped us by sending someone to the Florence station to accompany us to the meeting point. Great guide, very organized visit to see the best of Florence and above all very complete including Uffizi and the Accademia. Beautiful city that is enjoyed much more with such professional guides, the local Mytour agents are well worth it.

I had the most amazing tour guide. She was beyond impressive with her knowledge. I was blown away with this tour. It was worth every penny. It covered so much of the must sees in Florence. Oksana was truly amazing. She was kind and never stop taking the entire time. She was a wealth of knowledge.

Our guide, Lucy, was lovely. He explained the main works of art in both museums in an entertaining and educational way. Hiring a guide is a wise choice if you want to soak up the incredible culture of Florence and its museums. An unbeatable experience.
