Excellent tour guide. Must see places - Ufizzi and the Academy that houses the statue of David. However, there was much confusion in meeting time and also meeting place changes. No one answered my calls or emails. One time I got a person when I called, rather than a recording, but she was ill informed and nasty. A stressful and unprofessional mess.
Both the driver Ylenia and the guide Luis made us spend a fantastic day. They knew very well all the history of the monuments and the city. They took us to more unknown places and to eat at a very good restaurant. Thank you because you made us spend a very good day
