What people are saying about Valparaíso

What a terrific day we had with Claudio and driver Manuel. All solo travelers. Well-curated stops in vina del mar and valparaiso including ride on funicular. Best was the incredible lunch restaurant selected - superb food with gin&tonic tasting definitely a surprise. Last stop was wine tasting with sparking white and substantial grand reserve cabernet. All in all a well planned and arranged day with perfect timing. Claudio made sure everyone was happy and enjoyed the day - manuel was a truly exceptional driver. Not many day trips covering so much ground are all good - but this was !

The tour was fantastic. We had Mat as a tour guide and he spoke perfect English and Spanish which made things easy. We got 10-20 minutes at each stop to enjoy the views then had an hour and a half for lunch in Vina Del Mar. The restaurant they reserved was okay but not the best meal we had in Chile. There are other options nearby so you don’t have to eat there. We had about half an hour to enjoy Valparaiso down by the docs and a 45 min walk through the city which was great.

We had a fantastic day. Our guide Gonza was a skilled guide taking special care to make sure all members of our group were catered to. We loved our walk exploring the streets of Valparaiso, our lunch was delicious and our final surprise at the conclusion of the tour was spectacular. We would highly recommend this tour as we learned a lot about Chile and we had a ball! Juliet

Really great and informative day out. Mati and Leo were really fun and knowledgeable. Mati showed us some beautiful street art in Valparaiso. My highlight was Viña del Mar. He took us to a delicious restaurant on the seafront, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the beach. The two stop-offs at the end were also amazing (they’ll be a surprise!).

This trip seemed to me as the most interesting among other offers, as it includes visit to house of poet Pablo Neruda. Nicole was a great guide, and the whole day was really an excellent experience. I recommended the tour to my friend and he was also very satisfied.
