The museum tour was very nice. The boat ride - which was good - had a audio track where you plugged into the side. It took a few headsets to work and to make it work, we had to hold the headphones at the right angle. Wished it could have been booked with one of the companies that you had drinks on board :)

What people are saying about Van Gogh Museum

Me and my girlfriend went to Amsterdam in the last week of October for a few days and got the Amsterdam card for 2 days of the trip and we managed to get so much done! We went to the ARTIS Zoo, Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum, Moco museum and went on a canal cruise. We also went to the Body Worlds exhibition. The card is definitely value for money and I just wish I'd have got an extra day on it to do more things. Amsterdam is amazing and the I Amsterdam City Card is 100% worth getting!

Due to Corona, book all the places time slots in advance. One should book van Gogh museum in advance before getting there. If u want to be sure, ask in advance for certain restrictions that are not in the booklet e.g. A dam lookout accessible with the city card only til 18.

The Amsterdam City Card was really worth it for me, as it allowed me to use public transport without any problems and, for example, saved money when visiting the Van Gogh and the Rijksmuseum.

Went to tons of art museums, took a canal boat tour and used the free public transport a lot too. Amsterdam is beautiful and the people were super friendly too.

If you're going to visit many museums, buying this card is absolutely worth it
