The museum tour was very nice. The boat ride - which was good - had a audio track where you plugged into the side. It took a few headsets to work and to make it work, we had to hold the headphones at the right angle. Wished it could have been booked with one of the companies that you had drinks on board :)

In relation to the Van Gogh museum, we didn't purchase a headset during our visit but you can literally read up on all the art and know the history of Van Gogh as the information was on the wall next to the picture. Museum is spread over 4 floors so if you had the headset it will direct you to the hanging picture that has number next to it but as we didn't we often travel in the wrong direction. This for me was not a problem as each picture has a different story to tell. As for the canal trip, we had in ear headphone provided for us so knew all the history. Very interesting to know the history so highly recommend. Give yourself plenty of time between the canal trip and the Van Gogh museum as they are not near each other.
If we didn't buy the museum ticket from this site we wouldn't be able to access the museum. the people in the queue outside informed him that it was Sold out and that there was no way to buy a ticket for the Sunday we went, so fortunately we bought it
Our guide was amazing.. her explanations were clear. Very friendly and knowledgeable guide. I recommend her!
Really excellent experience and would highly recommend to anyone.
Expert and nice guide, Rolf taught us a lot of things.
