clear instructions to desk no. 71, you are grouped with people going to the same area so may be called in different order, they don't explain that so good to know. Lovely way to arrive into Venice on a small boat. told we would be getting out at Todero, no idea what that name referred to, we were brought to san Marco.

Very convenient, I was picked up right outside my hotel on canal and at the airport within 20 mins, the drop of spot for the water taxi is abit of walk in the airport to the terminal but nothing to strenuous, just 5 or 10 mins to get to departures

Excellent way to arrive in Venice without the hassle of public transportation for my group. This was my second time in Venice and what a difference… will definitely use this service again!

Google Maps has a confusion on my Venice address but they took care of everything and were to the minute at my pickup point.

Very friendly punctual and amazing experience on a glamorous boat value for money
