Really enjoyed our trip to Venice. We travelled from Malcesine on lake garda so it was an Early start but worth it to see the sights. Tour guide was excellent and very clear with instructions on meeting places & times. They have to be strict as the boats & buses have timetables to stick to so can’t wait about for dilly dalliers lol. Food included was ok but nothing special. All in all a great way to see the sights of Venice if you’re restricted on time in Italy.

Easy to book through the app. Picked up on time. App stated that hotel pickups not included and only one pickup available per resort. However, after walking 2 km to get to our pickup we then drove back past our hotel and picked up other passengers just a few metres from our hotel. We then proceeded to pick up other passengers from multiple pickup points in other resorts!! Loved Venice itself. Unfortunately, the commentary was heavily weighted in favour of German translation and it was difficult to pick out the English. Commentary on the boat going to Venice was impossible to hear. Don't fall for the scare stories by the guide who tries to sell you add-ons for the day eg gondola trip, meal and lagoon tour. My advice is get your own gondola and buy your own lunch (plenty of places to takeaway that are not as expensive). Lagoon tour was interesting but again difficult to hear commentary.

Although this trip was excellent, unfortunately it was spoilt but 3 small children on a 2 hour coach trip there and back to Venice from Lake Garda screaming and shouting. The trip is NOT suitable for children. Otherwise all very good, tour around Venice and the Lagoon and Gondola ride.
