as it happens we didn't share. from office which was easy to find a young man took our bags to the taxi location and waited with us until taxi arrived. we were helped on and off taxi very safely. going up the grand canal in water taxi was amazing. great value for money as to not pre book you will 2 or 3 times as much

All the arrangements worked as advertised. A short delay waiting for our water taxi to arrive but the office staff and the driver were excellent. I had printed a map of the location we wanted to be dropped at Rialto and the driver took us to the exact place. Good service !!

It was a great experience. I travel half way around the Globe, so I wanted to see everything that Venice has to offer. The water taxi was beautiful and shiny. Even I bought the group water taxi, but there was just my family, no other group, so we had the entire water taxi to ourselves. The ticket booth is just right outside the train station. Took 5 minutes for them to get a water taxi. The taxi took us directly to our hotel in about 10 minutes. We glad we tool the taxi because we had the taxi to ourselves for photos opportunities, and not have to worry about our luggages as if we took the water bus. Overall, for $55 USD, I think it was worth it.
