Awe-Inspiring with the Secret Gardens

Because of time of year (October) was very impressed with the flowers and greenery still in bloom. The Guide was knowledgeable with past & present events involving each separate garden. Stories and histories of Gardens were interesting and fun to learn about. Overall, very happy with tour, the guide and the presentation.

great insight into a world behind the walls

We were lucky enough to get a private tour so the language difficulties didn't matter. Our guide responded fantastically to us !!! Since gardens are not necessarily suspected in Venice, the tour was a great look behind the walls of the rich, who were able to create a garden in this "island paradise" and can afford the maintenance. Another side of Venice worth seeing.
