    The price in relation to other providers was good, the gondola ride was only 15 minutes and four people but also briefly via the Grande Canal... The tour was only in audio German and the device didn't work, so it was rather bad and I could do everything in English translated but booked and paid for in German ... The guide was helpful but unfortunately not in German as booked, so better no audio guide but personally

    It was easy to find the meeting spot, as per instructions. I booked the 11:30 3 hour and expected a hearing pack and earphones (as per booking info) but this wasn't given, so struggled to hear the walking tour guide at times. The guide was nice and informative but it was advertised to be English speaking but 1 person wasn't English, so we all had to wait for the guide to repeat everything in their language. The walking tour ended at 1:10 and we had to make our own way back to the starting point. The gondola tour was 2:10 start time but didn't start until gone 2:20. There was a short walk to the gondola with a different guide (hearing pack and earphones were provided for this) then the gondola ride, our Gondolier was good fun, singing, whistling and even let 2 people drive the boat!! Final end time was 3:20. Good experience overall, just would have enjoyed the walking tour with headphones and only 1 language needing to be spoken.

    The tour started half an hour later because the mobile phone with a German phrase book was not found at first. The time was attached to it. The time for the tour was sufficient. Break between tours very good. The gondola ride was four of us with another couple. Was nice and went half an hour.
