It was easy to book, the organization worked really well. There weren't any queues. We had a very accomplished educated guide with perfect German. The 3 hours were anything but lengthy or wavy. Any time!

It was Informative. We were expecting more of a city tour not just Doge’s palace. Would have liked to of learned more about the different parts of Venice and surrounding.

Very friendly and passionate guide. It is never more than an entry to the Doge's Palace and Saint Mark's Basilica that is charged 5 times the price. While buying our entries for the secret route we had the same access as buying this pass except the basilica and the guide may be reviewing the price? Excessive price for the service. 50€ entry per person who are billed to us 160€ per person …
