Our gondolier was lovely and very informative about Venice. Had a relaxing time round the smaller canals and into the Grand canal near the pretty Rialto bridge. Can’t fault the experience at all. Didn’t have to wait for our gondola and checking In was quick and straightforward. Was also easy to find the area where the trip was starting off from. Handy as close to St Marks square.

The place is very good and easy to find with the navigation system. On site, however, it was very disorganized and chaotic. Tourists with booked trips and without have mixed up and no one knew where to go. Me with 3 kids - 11.9 and 3 was about to leave. My husband did find the right AP after all and it was delayed. The gondola driver was great for that. Very nice and told us a lot. Conclusion: there is probably not always such chaos on site, so the experience is really worth the money.

Everything well organized, online booking of your own gondola without other passengers, name was found immediately in a handwritten list, no waiting time, explanations from the gondolier about buildings. Only that it was only a 20-minute drive instead of the announced 30 minutes reduces the whole thing a bit. Otherwise top experience, therefore recommended. Must have done it.
