The market was amazing. Lorenzo explained what was on sale and where it had come from, most of which was very local. We really enjoyed the cooking class and learned a lot. It was a great group and Lorenzo was a very patient teacher and a great host. The food was fantastic, such fresh produce and fish made all the difference. Making the Strozzapretzi pasta was fun, and everyone was encouraged and helped where needed to join in and make the most of the activity. Thanks Lorenzo, we had a great time!

The activity was amazing - we started with a tour of the market to buy our produce and then went to our host- Lorenzo’s house to begin cooking. The class was interactive, informative and Lorenzo was a great host- organized, impeccable kitchen and prep area and super patient with my 6 year old (who LOVED the class) and my 9 month old baby. He was generous to welcome us to his lovely home and even provided delicious wine and interesting conversation on his background and Venice during our class. The food itself was DELICIOUS- possibly the best I ate my whole trip in Italy and it was such a fun experience to make it together. Would highly recommend.

Lorenzo was an excellent guide and chef...he had all levels of experience as guests and he managed everyone easily and with good humor. I would highly recommend this activity...from the market experience to eating the meal, it was all a lot of fun and a great time.
