All the gondola's were taking 5 people at a time and although there was only 2 of us we were fortunate to have 3 lovely other tourists with us. From the guys at the meeting point to the guy on the boat, everyone was friendly and helpful. The tour was really great and we totally enjoyed the time.

You get what you pay for! It’s cheaper than walking up to the gondola stand. We were with random people which wasn’t bad, but it’s less romantic. The ride is nice but pretty short. We went around sun down which was pretty! You don’t go far around the city. If you want a longer ride with just yourselves try another tour.

The gondola ride we picked took us down many of the smaller canals and then on to the Grand Canal. It was lovely. There was no interaction from the gondolaier but that suited us. There are other ones you can book if you want commentary. It's an amazing experience and like nowhere we've been before.
