The lady who led the tour gets the 5 stars. Extremely competent, she was able to say a lot about Venice and so the tour was very informative and extended far beyond the Doge's Palace. Unfortunately, the 2nd part of the St. Mark's Cathedral tour could not take place because the special entrance for "Do not queue" was closed due to construction work. Since this work is long-term, I don't understand why this is even offered at the moment. There are zero stars for that.

Our guide (Natalie) was excellent. She burns for the history of her hometown and simply infects you with her enthusiasm. We went way too far, simply because Natalie had so much to tell and we would have loved to spend the rest of the day with her because she has so much knowledge. Just great! Our expectations were more than exceeded!

Including the bridge of sighs
