Easy and fast - guide was waiting at the airport terminal holding a sign with our name and took us directly to our taxi (even helped with our luggage). Another advantage was direct dropoff right at our hotel. Rating is due to the price - a bit on the expensive side but worth it for us since we only had one day/night in Venice so wanted to maximize our time and not wait in the general taxi line

This was our first time to Venice, there were six us with a lot of luggage. We needed to arrive at our rented apartment before 9PM to avoid additional fees. So, I booked this Venice Water Taxi as it was the quickest way to get from Marco Polo Airport to our apartment. After going thru customs and immigration we quickly found their agent and followed him to the water taxi, It was about a 10 minute walk, but the majority of it was on moving walkways. We quickly made it to the Water Taxi and had a great ride to a dock about 2 minutes away from our apartment. Well worth the money we as we arrived on time and enjoyed the ride. Professional and timely, I highly recommend using this service to go from the Marco Polo airport to your apartment/hotel in Venice.
