On this full-day tour, the first winery you’ll visit is a family business, located near Conegliano. Tour the cellars, and see the wine press and fermentation room before enjoy a number of glasses of Prosecco. Later in the morning, stop at a waterfall beside an old mill in Refrontolo. You will learn how to create hand-made fresh pasta, following the traditional Italian style of pasta-making, filled with seasonal vegetables, meat, or both. You will also learn to make lovely, delicate Italian cookies, and a decadent Venetian creamy dessert. Your lesson ends enjoyably at the table (in the warm months it will be on the panoramic terrace, weather permitting). You will sit and taste your delicious creations, chatting over a nice glass of regional wine with Carolyn and any other lesson participants.
