Max was such a hospitable and knowledgeable host. Not only was he patient and explained a lot of the "whys" behind the recipes, he also encouraged us to experiment with different condiments/toppings to the gelato. His passion for the topic was obvious and contagious!

Really enjoyed this activity and our chef and host Christina was amazing. Not to mention the Icecream we made which was delicious. I would highly recommend this class; everyone had so much fun and the children loved taking part. 5 stars from us Thanks again

Delightful class to learn how to make gelato and other frozen desserts. We only had the opportunity to make 2, both were delicious. The best part is that Chef Cristina is very engaging and shares many, many suggestions, tips and secrets in addition to the cookbook. Highly recommended to take part in this class!!
