Full description

Valpolicella is one of the most important wine district in Italy (it ranks just after Chianti in total Italian Denominazione di Origine Controllata (DOC) wine production). Situated between lake Garda and Verona, it is famous all around the world for the prestigious Amarone which is only one of the many amazing wines that are produced here such as Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Superiore and Valpolicella Ripasso. You will be able to discover this wonderful area through its wines. During the visit to the vineyards and the winery and during the tasting it will the same wine producer that will proudly introduce you to the winemaking secrets and techniques and that will explain you the characteristics of the Valpolicella's wines. The wine tasting will be accompanied by small samples of local products that will elevate the aroma of the wines.

A beautiful experience!

I found myself in a wonderful place, located in an excellent location, we were immediately greeted by a nice girl, available and very knowledgeable in the sector, it was an unforgettable experience and very useful, I knew new things and tasted excellent wines, I am fully satisfied, indeed we are!

Superb wine tasting in a wonderful winery

My wife and I were on holiday in Verona when we booked this your. We are both very passionate about good wine and we knew about the Valpolicella region, just hadn't had the chance to visit it yet. I must say I was quite surprised by how perfect everything was during this tour. Silvia from Cantine Salvaterra was very preparared, the showed us the beautiful vineyards and explained everything about their wines. The guided tasting was amazing, this is how every wine should taste! Also the local products we had the chance to taste together with the wines (like the "grana padano", delicious pieces of salami and the "grissini") were really good. We'd definitely book another activity with Faberest on our next trip to Italy, their team is great! Well done

Very nice experience

There were two of us and they took a lot of time for us. The ambience was great, the wine was delicious and all questions we had were answered without hesitation. I would do it again and recommend it.
