    Meet your guide in the city center of Verona and start exploring the town. The fist stop will be Castelvecchio, the magnificent medieval castle built by Scaligeri family. Then, your local guide will lead you to discover the lanes, streets, squares of the city, stopping to admire the most important monuments. Listen to legends and tales about Romeo and Juliet and see the romantic balcony. At the end of the tour, you'll reach Piazza Brà and the Arena. Admire the Roman amphitheater's architecture and learn about the old games of gladiators. Today the Arena is the setting for International Festivals, Music events and the famous Opera Lirica. Finally, enter the Verona Arena and visit one of the world’s great open-air concert venues. Look beyond the façade of the pink marble monument on Piazza Bra, hear stories of gladiators and famous operas in the amphitheater. Your guide will tell you little known stories and reveal facts normally concealed in the mighty stonework.

    Très bon tour, je recommande avec l'option coupe-file pour les arènes qui vaut le coup et qui permet d'éviter la longue queue devant. Notre guide était adorable, super instruite, pleine de conseils sur quoi faire autour et nous a fait découvrir toutes les facettes de la ville durant cette balade.

    We had a very good and informative time with Isabella. She has shown us the ancient Verona as from the very early history until the end of the second world war. She spent a few words on Shakespeares story, but not too much, exactly what we wanted. We went to the Arena and Isabella gave us some interesting details about the building, he architectural details and how it is used nowadays.
