Explain that the Orangery is the theatre; that there are no lines to exchange the voucher for the ticket; that there is no pre-arranged seating; seating is first come first served; but there is enough seating and couples will be able to seat together. Remember, we tourists live somewhere else, why should we know anything about Vienna?

Mozart and Strauss, how Viennese do you want it? Despite the performances of the musicians and singer/singer I got the feeling that it was a routine activity that was being presented. And that's a shame if you're out for a night and it should be a top experience for us.

Someone previously described this as a tourist trap. I wouldn't put it that bad, but the 2 hours are only 1.5 hours including a 15-minute break. The orchestra is good, the conductor is doing well, so are the soloists, but apparently the couples were on holiday. The soloists have rolled 3 rounds themselves. We had tickets for category A, which is nice, because you sit comfortably at the front. But all in all we thought it was a bit overpriced for what was offered. Nice experience if you are in Vienna, but definitely once!
