We had Luke as a guide, he was very attentive and attentive since there were two of us having a little trouble in the ribs. He kept on watching that the group was following well. At each break, he explained things to us about the glaciers and the environment, it was really interesting. He played the photographers for the whole group, showed us the rainbows in some piece of ice. etc. We were in a group of six people and it was really perfect, we were each able to progress at our own pace. We walked for a few minutes on the ice but I found it sufficient because it is quite impressive. Safety was important (helmet, harness, pickaxe and crampons these can be rented on site) The ride is really worth it it was breathtaking. We are delighted to have taken this activity.

Glacier was breathtaking! The hike was a lot tougher than expected due to snow storm in the previous night. So our experience wasn't "Easy level", but in normal conditions it probably would have been lot lighter. The experience itself was amazing and worth the money.
