1. From Santa Cruz de Tenerife: Teidi Natural Park Day Trip
On this half-day excursion you will have the opportunity to get to know the largest and oldest National Park of the Canary Islands and return to your hotel to enjoy the rest of the day. You will enjoy a journey from the coast to the highest point of Tenerife through Canary Island pine forests and traditional villages such as Vilafor. As you make your way along the road you will go through volcanoes and rivers of petrified lava. There will be some stops so that you can admire one of the largest calderas in the world: Las Cañadas del Teide. You will visit Los Roques de García at the foot of the highest peak in Spain: El Teide with an altitude of 3718 m above sea level. This imposing volcano located in the heart of Tenerife is the main reason why the Teide National Park, declared in 1954, is the most visited in Europe. You will resume your walk and continue to admire all that this incredible natural space has to offer on the way back.
