The start of the tour was bumpy. In the bike rental the employee was not very friendly, there was no way (no WiFi) to send me the tickets for the ship and Mount Vernon. He could have printed them out! It was also difficult to prove that the bike had been handed in correctly in Mount Vernon. Ultimately, I had to photograph the tickets on his cell phone and use the photos to gain access. Although it was a customized tour, there was no map or similar, just vague verbal directions. When I finally arrived, I photographed the locked bike and emailed the photos to the bike shop. From then on I was finally relaxed and could enjoy the beautiful day. But be careful, the ship left an hour earlier than originally announced. But there was enough time...

It was so fun getting to explore downtown Norfolk on an E-Bike. I recommend mapping your ride out beforehand even if you're staying on the Elizabeth trail. It's not always clear how to stay on it so it can be tricky. We loved the whole experience from beginning to end. The E-Bike made it easier to enjoy being out in the sun without exerting a lot of effort and working up a sweat so it was perfect.

Holly was a fantastic guide! She absolutely enhanced the experience. Would absolutely recommend.
