Begin your day trip at the vibrantly hued Sri Siva Subramaniya Swami Temple, which is the largest Hindu temple in the southern hemisphere. Admire the traditional Davidian architecture and the painted wooden carvings of deities crafted by artists who traveled here from India. Continue your journey and stop at Nadi to visit a local handicrafts shop. Here, you can browse for souvenirs before making your way to the Namaka Market, where errand-running locals peruse colorful stacks of tropical fruits and vegetables. From there, head to the Garden of the Sleeping Giant to stroll through beautifully landscaped trails through lush gardens featuring more than 2,000 different kinds of delicate orchids. Your final stop is at the Sabeto Mud Baths, where you can soak in a mineral-rich mud pool and rinse off in the clear waters of a thermal hot spring. Relax on the ride back to your accommodation. A divine, gratifying, and soul enhancing experience is guaranteed.  Make a stopover at a local primary school to visit the children. Any stationary or donation will be much appreciated. Then visit Fiji's first Fijian Village where the ancestors landed, Viseisei Village. Explore Fiji’s capital city, Suva, on a guided tour of notable landmarks. Learn more about the history of the city that is the center of Fiji’s commerce and the seat of government.   Visit the President’s Residence and nearby Albert Park where Kingsford-Smith landed his small aircraft on his epic flight from America to Australia in 1928. Discover the nearby Thurston Botanical Gardens with many varieties of palms, gingers, water lilies, and other local flora.   Next, it’s time for some shopping in Suva’s bustling municipal market, followed by lunch at one of the many restaurants in the area. After lunch, you’ll continue to experience Suva’s history through its colonial and modern architecture. Enjoy photo stops at the Great Council of Chief’s complex and Parliament House. At the Museum of Fiji, see cannibal-era exhibits of ancient pottery, double-hulled canoes, and the remains of Reverend Thomas Baker’s boots.   Finally, shop for handmade Fijian crafts at the Government Handicraft Center.
