This tour was amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable. People who do this tour must realize that there is a significant amount of self-guided time. There certainly could have been more specific instruction about how to actually get to the cable car to get up to Mt. First. It wasn’t terribly difficult to figure out, but that was a small bit that was lacking. In general, though, the tour and the whole experience were absolutely fantastic!!!

The tour was nice, tho I wish the schedule could be better, such as almost an hour stop at Interlaken was totally unnecessary, if the guests would like to buy souvenirs we could do it on the way back before pick up(like optional!) Cause most of the activities on First has long queue, if we could be there earlier start lining up everything will be much more smooth! Besides the guide has great details about the background, information about places we are going(thats great) but the schedule has been explained over and over again throughout the journey and its quite irritating.

Only got to do one of three activities due to lines. Tour stopped first at interlaken ost for one hour for no reason. They just let us walk around. It would have been way better to go directly to grondelwald and mt first before the lines got long. It was pointless given we went back there at the end of the day anyway. I highly recommend going to grindelwald and Mt first adventure but do it on your own. This tour was disorganized and they tried to combine too many tours onto one bus so you lose almost half the day picking others up and dropping them off.
