I really enjoyed the tour. Starting with the ease of the meeting point, right next to the Zurich HB train station. There is a counter at the place where we can inform our name and get a tour identification sticker. We went by bus to the historic center, visited some points with the guide and then took the boat to the point near Lindt. The guide took us to the Museum reception, gave us the entrance tickets and also a public transport ticket that is valid for 24 hours, explained how to return by boat or bus and made us feel free to visit the museum. I got to know the stages of chocolate manufacturing, I did several tastings showing the manufacturing processes, all at ease. And in the end, on site, there is the biggest store, with good prices. I don't know if it's always, but the guide warned that she would stay at the reception until a certain time, if anyone was afraid to return alone, they could return with her by public transport. She was very helpful and friendly!

We did our tour with Peter! He was so helpful! It was slightly an odd tour, we started with two different groups together, on a comfy bus and drove around the city while Peter pointed things out. We stopped twice for pictures, quick stops, then got out and walked for about 15 minutes. Then some of the group left us. Then we walked to the city boat where more people left us. The boat ride was about 30 minutes and was beautiful! Then we walked a little to the chocolate tour! It was absolutely amazing! (We all felt a light sick from all the free chocolate samples). It was very interesting and a fun experience! At the end we took a bus, and Peter helped us all get to our final destination! He recommended a delicious traditional restaurant, gave us directions there and then to our hotel! He really went above and beyond for everyone!

I would recommend this tour. Peter did a wonderful job. The time went by quickly and it was a very good intro to Zurich. We only had one day in the city so this was a good way to see a lot in half a day. Ways to perhaps improve the tour would be to to have tours at times that offer one language. For example if the tour was all done in just “English” it would give the tour guide more time to talk about the sights and perhaps give a little bit more history and interesting facts most people do not know about.
