It is good experience. We wish the company would give our guide head set so our big group can hear what she said while walking. Also, check in is too much work, we need to go to the window get the sticker and then check in with our guide for name and then double check and triple check all the way. It take too much time in this. The guide was very good. She try and give everyone attention and give us detail on the history on all we visited.

1. Very well organized and on-time to scheduled events. 2. Leader was well-versed in information, on-the-fly as well. 3. Leader took responsibility to help everyone take the correct bus home, after providing the bus passes. 4. On the walking tours, leader picked stopping stops in the shade, which was much appreciated for those of us who are afflicted with skin issues. It was also hot outside!

Our tour guide Elisabeth was a very approachable, polite and attentive travel companion. The city tour was described very interestingly, and a short photo stop was also planned. We had explored a small part of the old town on foot with her. Afterwards we went to the jetty, where there was still some time for a currywurst at the snack bar. We took the boat to the Lindt Choco Museum. It was a 10 minute walk from the pier. At the museum we received audio guides, Elisabeth said goodbye but offered to take the bus back to the city with her. Normally it went back with the boat. She advertised another excursion for the following day, which we decided on immediately, since it was also to take place with Elisabeth's company. Elisabeth alone was a decision for us for the tour the next day. Because once Elisabeth, always Elisabeth ;-)
